A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Jason Allen graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida with a Bachelor’s of Administration in Business Marketing and Business Management in 2005. During his college tenure, Jason earned multiple team leadership recognitions from his student-athlete experiences including Team Captain of the first ever Bowl Game in USF Bulls collegiate history, Leroy Selmon’s Honorable Award, and Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll, to name a few. During his collegiate athletics career, he became the only player in college history to compete in four major divisions while succeeding through the USF athletics Program. Allen served as a Diversity Committee Member for the University of South Florida Athletics to help its athletics program understand, recognize, and support various cultural backgrounds and challenges among students-athletes, teams, and staff helping with the overall promotion of its program . Prior to becoming President of Uplift Life Foundation, Mr. Jason Allen persisted being a role model by serving various community efforts that range in helping kids at the Children’s Hospital, Boy’s and Girls Club and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In addtion, Jason has been an active member of his local church for over 20 years. “For me, it has always been a top priority to help, serve, and promote community efforts for individuals seeking, reaching, and achieving their American Dream,” adds Mr. Jason Allen.

Mr. Johnny Streets, Jr. professional experience recently ignited when he was elected to City Council as Councilman of Ward 2 in April 2007. Since then he has achieved Mayor Pro –Tem in the City of Fort Myers, Florida and currently is serving in office. Prior to becoming Councilman, Mr. Johnny Streets, Jr. served as both Assistant (2003) and later Executive Director of the Lee County Housing Authority between 2003 and 2005. From 1973 – 1999, he served the City of Fort Myers Police Department as a Sergeant of Community Policing in Public Housing, Road Patrol, Public Information Office, New Recruits and Applicants, and Administrative of Operations. During this period, Mr. Johnny Streets Jr. was also a Criminal Justice Instructor and Seminar Instructor for various civic and other community related organizations. As a former board member of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Lee County, Southwest Florida Coalition Against Violence, and Lee County Community Action Councilman Johnny Streets, Jr. adds his efforts, experience, knowledge and leadership to help Uplift Lift Organization as a Board of Advisor. “I’m willing to help improve the quality of life for the people,” adds Councilman Johnny Streets, Jr.
