Specific Designation: “I hereby give and bequeath to Uplift Life, Fort Myers, FL., the sum of $_________ OR ____% of the rest and residue of my estate OR the following property ________________. This gift is to be used for the ongoing ministry purposes of _______ (areas, regions, camps, campership, etc.). Should there no longer be a need for funding for this ministry area at the time the gift is received, Uplift Life may use this gift for other purposes, keeping in mind the original objectives.”
